Luxury brands are the new standard, setting Virage apart in the market

TAMPA, Fla. (March 8, 2017) – Residents of the Virage Bayshore tower will enjoy advanced food preservation technology and precision cooking control in the kitchen, as premium appliance brands Sub-Zero and Wolf have been selected as the base option for kitchens throughout the tower.

Both brands are continually recognized for the highest achievements in refrigeration and cooking innovation and customer satisfaction.

Sub-Zero, the preservation specialist, ensures that foods will stay as fresh and flavorful as possible, while Wolf, the cooking specialist, provides powerful and precise cooking control to help home chefs achieve delicious results every time. These premium kitchen appliances work in concert to help homeowners create and enjoy moments worth savoring.

That ethos matches perfectly with Virage, as the tower will set a new level of luxury in the Tampa Bay market, topping out at 24 stories and just 71 units, placed on the last unclaimed parcel on Bayshore zoned for a high-rise tower.

Among other premiere features of Virage are residences of exceptionally large size. The top two floors of the tower offer a single residence each floor, with homes spanning 6,800-square-feet and panoramic views of Hillsborough Bay, South Tampa and downtown.

Formal sales are scheduled to begin in March, with construction commencing later this year.
